INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If a package is returned to Organic Hair Solution LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Organic Hair Solution LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer; no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Organic Hair Solution LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Organic Hair Solution LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
WE USE PRIORITY SHIPPING WHICH RANGES FROM 1-4 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION. AND 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE USA

REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Thank you for your purchase with us at organichairsol.com. We do not accept returns or exchanges. You can cancel only if your order has not yet been Processed/Confirmed. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been Processed/Confirmed. If your order has not shipped we can make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been Processed/Confirmed/ Shipped due to the nature of the product.
Organic Hair Solution is NOT responsible for any promotions, fees, discount codes, or funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input any codes for promotions or orders made without using a promotional link/code.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING PRODUCTS

Please submit photo images of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/defective. If you are missing a product, submit an image of the items you received.
