REFUND POLICY
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Thank you for your purchase with us at organichairsol.com. We do not accept returns or exchanges. You can cancel only if your order has not yet been Processed/Confirmed. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been Processed/Confirmed. If your order has not shipped we can make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been Processed/Confirmed/ Shipped due to the nature of the product.
Organic Hair Solution is NOT responsible for any promotions, fees, discount codes, or funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input any codes for promotions or orders made without using a promotional link/code.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING PRODUCTS
If your product(s) are damaged, defective, or missing: Email us info@organichairsol.com or info@organichairsol.shop or organichairsol@gmail.com . Please submit photo images of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/defective. If you are missing a product, submit an image of the items you received.
